POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

Shipping within Australia

Australia Post Parcel Post standard shipping guidelines as follows:
Small Box up to 5kg is $9.95
Medium Box up to 5kg is $12.95
Large Box up to 5kg $15.95

Express post is also available:
Small parcel up to 5kg is $11.95
Medium parcel up to 5kg is $15.95
Large parcel up to 5kg $19.95

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post tracking website via email. 

International Shipping
Yes!  We ship allowed products internationally to the following countries:
New Zealand, China, USA, Canada and UK. 

If you live in a country not listed here send us an email and we will source shipping prices to your country and let you know costs before you purchase.

Shipping costs vary depending on country and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note you are responsible for paying any import/customs duties that apply to your country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day.
We use Australia Post e-parcel which takes 3-7 days to deliver to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and 4-8 days to deliver to WA and SA. 
Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday.

If you're not home to receive your parcel
If your order can't be left safely on the premises, it will be taken to a local Australia Post facility for collection. If this happens, an 'Item Awaiting Collection' card will be left for you.

Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, not at this point in time. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return and Refund Policy
Any items that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced if we are notified within 7 days of receipt.

For items that arrive broken or damaged, please email us a photograph within 7 days and the item will be replaced.

If you are unhappy with any of your purchases you may return them within 7 days of receipt for a full credit valid for 30 days.  You will be required to send the item back at your own expense.  Please allow up to 14 days processing time.

Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns on personal care and intimate products (such as menstrual cups).

Please note that we do not accept returns on sample items.


Faulty or Damaged Items
Any items that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced if we are notified within 7 days of receipt.


Returns on items purchased on sale
Items purchased on sale are not able to be returned for a refund or exchange.

Security & Privacy
We will never share your personal details including email, or other information, with a third party.  We only use these details to confirm your orders, send your orders, and keep you up to date if you have opted in on our email list.
