Designed to help clear stuffiness in the nose.  Aromatically, it is lively, sharp, fresh and clean. It is ideal for diffusing to help clear congestion and for purifying the air.  Breathe Free blend can be used to banish nasty smells and and to get you going during early mornings, long days, and tough workouts.

Diffusion: Use 3-6 drops in essential oil diffuser for 30 minutes 1-3 times a day.
Topically: Dilute with a carrier oil and apply to wrists, temples, or swipe across the back of neck for a powerful and invigorating pick-me-up.
Cleaning: Add to spray bottles for surface cleaning in kitchen and bathroom.  Be sure to patch test on inconspicuous areas first.

Precautions: Keep away from eyes, inner ears and sensitive areas. Avoid during pregnancy.  If using near pets allow proper ventilation - open windows and doors - they are more sensitive than us when it comes to essential oils.
